It's an 8-channel splitter in a 1U rackmount enclosure with one direct output and two transformer-isolated outputs per channel. The passive design doesn't require power, but the direct outputs will pass phantom power for use with active microphones. When three outputs are better than one, the S8-3Way is ideal for sending signals to multiple destinations, such as front-of-house, monitor, and broadcast or recording mixers.

8-Channel 3-Way Splitter

Balanced XLR Connections

1x Direct and 2x Transformer-Isolated Outputs per Channel

Direct Outputs Pass Phantom Power

Passive Design - No Power Required

1U Rackmount

Reversible Rack Ears

SPECIFICATIONS

Input Impedance: > 1.1 kΩ @ 1 kHz

Typical Driving Source Impedance is 150Ω

Output Impedance: < 255Ω @ 1 kHz

1 kΩ Typical Output Load Impedance

Frequency Response: 20 Hz - 20 kHz (+/- 0.25 dB @ -15 dBu)

THD:

< 0.26% (20 Hz - 20 kHz, -15 dBu Input)

< 0.1% (45 Hz - 20 kHz, -15 dBu Input)

0.002% Typical @ 1 kHz (-15 dBu Input)

CMRR:

> 105 dB @ 60 Hz

> 80 dB @ 3 kHz

Phase Shift: <10° @ 20 kHz (Reference 1 kHz)

Insertion Loss: ~2 dB @ 1 kHz

Dimensions (DWH):

3.75" x 19" x 1.75"

95 mm x 483 mm x 44 mm

Weight: 3.75 lbs / 1.7 kg

Manufacturer: Applied research technologies
Model: ARTS8
SKU: I304538-N-0-WHXC
UPC: 840402018285

We are Musictoner Musictoner

Since 1958, Chuck Levin’s Musictoner has been the trusted destination for musicians and audio professionals across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
