MUSICTONER presents the Gibson Melody Maker Pelham Blue 1967. The following specs were carefully collected and recorded by a skilled technician. For a more detailed description and questions regarding sound, feel, or cosmetic condition, please call to speak to one of our experts. Summary Body Material: Mahogany Neck Material: Mahogany Neck Profile: C Fingerboard Radius: 12.00" Nut Width: 1-9/16" Electronics: Original electronics. The guitar has a single coil pickup, a volume pot, and a tone pot. The partially visible pot code appears to date to 1965. Pickup Measurements: 6.4 kΩ Weight: 5 lbs 14 oz Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson guitar has aged nicely and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with extensive finish checking and some small dings scattered throughout. The end of the body has a large section where the finish has chipped away. Modifications/Repairs: The tailpiece comb has been removed from the guitar and is included in the case. Serial Number: 550251 Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are narrow and medium height with light play wear. The serial number suggests a 1967 date.
