The Fender Custom Shop 1966 Telecaster® DLX Closet Classic displays coveted vintage appointments while delivering the impeccable craftsmanship today's players demand. This masterfully crafted guitar features a lightweight two-piece select alder body finished in nitrocellulose lacquer, giving it the authentic look and feel of a well-preserved vintage instrument.

The Custom Shop Hand-Wound '67 Single-Coil Tele® pickups deliver the iconic tone of a late ‘60s Telecaster®. The traditional 3-position blade switch offers classic pickup combinations, while the master volume and tone controls feature period-correct knurled chrome knobs.

The quartersawn maple neck and round-lam maple fingerboard are finished in nitrocellulose lacquer, providing the smooth, worn-in feel players love. The vintage-style 3-saddle bridge with threaded steel barrel saddles offers authentic tone and style.
