MIDAS – The Legend in Sound Quality

Renowned for their legacy of innovation, Midas consoles have set the standard in professional audio since the 1970s. The SD16 incorporates award-winning Midas mic preamps to deliver high-quality audio reproduction trusted by the world’s top live acts and recording engineers.

Remotely Controllable Preamps Make Setup a Breeze

The SD16 enables full parameter control directly from the console—including gain, phantom power, and routing—streamlining stage setup and eliminating guesswork. Just connect, configure, and go.

8 Servo-Balanced XLR Outputs

The SD16 includes 8 balanced XLR outputs for connecting to amps, powered speakers, or monitors. With reference-grade Cirrus Logic 24-bit converters, it delivers pristine digital audio performance while eliminating interference and crosstalk.

ULTRANET – Seamless Integration

ULTRANET technology enables the SD16 to transmit 16 channels of 24-bit digital audio and power to compatible devices such as the Behringer P16-M system. One CAT5e cable delivers signal, power, and control data, making setup fast and flexible while eliminating RFI and analog signal degradation.

Extreme Value

The SD16 combines professional-grade features, Midas-designed preamps, and rock-solid construction in an affordable digital I/O solution. Whether you're connecting to an X32 system or expanding a hybrid setup, the SD16 is your reliable link between stage and sound—backed by a comprehensive warranty.
