TOURCLASS/PROTECTION CIRCUITS

• ACL™ (Active Clip Limiting) prevents speaker damage by providing gentle gain reduction when the signal approaches the clipping threshold.
• IGM™ (Instantaneous Gain Modulation) monitors speaker loads to detect conditions that may overstress output devices. This allows safe operation into nominal 2Ω speaker loads.
• AUTORAMP™ gradually increases gain to the attenuator level settings when the amplifier is turned on. This prevents abrupt turn-on level.
• Other protection features include: short circuit, DC voltage, comprehensive thermal management and current in-rush turn-on/off; transient sub-sonic input.

Thank you for shopping with Musictoner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.

1. Shipping Destinations

Musictoner currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. holidays.

Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been accepted or scanned by the carrier.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in:

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

For damaged packages, we may request:

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

We may work with the applicable shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Package Marked as Delivered

If the carrier shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

1. Checking around your delivery location.

2. Checking with household members or neighbors.

3. Checking with your building management if applicable.

4. Reviewing the carrier's delivery information.

5. Contacting the carrier directly.

Please also contact Musictoner if you are unable to locate the package so we can assist you.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order enters processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. In such cases, an eligible return may be available under our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Returned Shipments

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed shipment, additional shipping costs may apply if the customer requests that the package be resent.

Any refund for an undeliverable order will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
